My grandparents built a home on the Narrow River, and in my childhood, I remember going out on the river several times. Mostly jumped right off the stone wall into the water, but my favorite thing was watching all the boats go by. Looking for something to take shots of this morning in the area, I spotted the URI Crew team practicing.
This was about 6:30 in the morning, and they were heading back toward their home point, so I wonder what time they actually get going.
Anecdotally, it was 43°F this morning, and I believe the season started a while back….so, that is a commitment!
