Merski Photography has an informal policy that I/we do not post or share images from a client's session for a typically 90 days publicly.

A password-protected page is set up with a password for each client and it is at their discretion at that point to share. This is usually reserved for major events such as weddings or corporate affairs.

This usually gives those clients enough time to share and utilize the images how they see fit. After such time as Merski Photography sees fit, we may use those images on the website or in other promotions.

All clients must sign a media release form.
