Closing the Doors….

Unofficially, already done….. 15 years…..

The paperwork still needs to be submitted to the state, but for all intent & purpose, Merski Photography is closed for business.

To be honest, it was not a hard decision. While I enjoyed a lot of the work, I have gotten away from what I really like about photography and that sacrifice was offset by the income gained. However, the increasing costs, lowered margins, the blatant copying and taking of images by people instead of paying….it has made the experience no longer worthwhile.

Also, my focus is on a couple of new adventures – and turning 50 next year – there’s a overwhelming drive to get shit done! ….because my body is already screaming at me to slow down, and I am not ready yet!

So, this page will close some time between the end of this calendar year and April of 2026, when my contract completes. Any prints you may want, order them. Any jobs I may have completed that you want prints of, order them now – because I am not saving any of it! It’s all digital and in the “cloud” – once I end those contracts, they are gone forever!!!

Thank you for all your support and commentary over the years (especially if you hired me or purchased my work!!!)
