Hello NKWLL Families & Athletes, The photos for the league are ready! This year’s ordering system is online and completely paperless. If your athlete and/or team had their picture taken, you will be able to retrieve their images and order any print and package you may want. The link for ordering will be here: galleries.photoday.io Once there, you will need to enter the code “NKW2022” and it will present your options on how to retrieve the images for your athlete(s). Hi Little League, Fall Ball Families! The pictures from the Fall Ball photo session are available. What to do (There are two choices): Option 1: PhotoDay phone app. Download from Apple or Google Play and follow the directions there.You will need this access code to see the photos and order: “PGRK54684” Follow the directions from there. Use the interface’s FaceFind or enter in your athlete’s name to pull up individual photos. However the league has your athlete’s named spelled is how it should be found. NKW Little League Photo Day(s)…..!
The North Kingstown Wickford Little League (NKWLL) used to have one Photo Day…..but now they will have 12!….or 20! So, because of COVID-19 and the desire to get the kids playing, a large, single-day Photo Day was not the priority. In order to get the season going the focus was on game and practice safety protocols. While the single Photo Day is in many ways easier and gets the memories captured in a much cleaner format, it was decided to go with the multi-day, pre-game option. NKWLL – Game 2
Little League games are something to watch. As I stated a long time ago, I think baseball for most kids is a tough challenge before a certain age. Sure, t-ball is cute to watch….but then it gets really awkward for a long, long time. My opinion is that it is an older kid sport, like 10-12 on the early end. Although, regardless of my opinion, it really just matters if the kids are having fun. So, so, so many walks….so many pitching prompts…..so….so many wild swings….
